Entering the front door, we arrive in the living-dining room with an American kitchen. The entrance door is translucent, the window of the room overlooks the cozy inner courtyard of the house. If required, one can separate the apartment from the outside world with modern blinds. To the right is a small storage room: perfect for storing shoes and coats. The next door on the right opens into the bathroom, which is equipped with an American-style walk-in shower. The door opposite the front door opens into the bedroom. The room has a creative lighting system. A custom-made built-in wardrobe is used to store clothes and other things.
The apartment was completely renovated recently (2022), practically everything is brand new, including the furniture, mattress and all household appliances.
The apartment is equipped with a high-performance air conditioner, the indoor unit is located above the bedroom window, and efficiently cools the entire apartment. The heating is provided by modern electric Norwegian panels, which you can even control from your smartphone or program in advance. We are happy to help with the latter. The kitchen also has an induction hob, a washer-dryer and a dishwasher, so it is fully equipped.
The residential community of the house is nice, familiar and quiet. The building is in extremely good condition, the caretaker keeps the common areas clean.
Thanks to its downtown location, you can get to almost anywhere quickly from the house.
Arany János utca M 5 minutes, Kossuth Lajos tér M 6 minutes, Nyugati pályaudvar M 11 minutes.
Public transport is perfect. There is a 15-115 bus stop opposite the house, but metro lines 2 and 3 are also very close.
An Aldi and several smaller ABC stores are available for shopping within 3 minutes of the house. The V30 sports center and the Artisan bakery are a few steps away.
The rent of the apartment is HUF 285,000 + utilities (~ HUF).
The overhead consists of the following items:
