Rental conditions
The common cost is 18.000 Ft/ month + electricity, which is based on individual consumption.
Minimum 1 year lease agreement, 2 months deposit, 1 month rental fee and notarial deed are required to move in.
By signing the contract, the Tenant agrees to use the cleaning service provided by the Landlord twice a month at his/her own expense.
