One of the most magnificent buildings in Nagysándor József utca, the two-storey, courtyard, early eclectic tenement house, was built in 1871 by Buzzi Bódog, whose construction work is of a high standard and thorough compared to the average of their age. His plans were always demandingly aligned with the contemporary Neo-Renaissance standard.
The building has undergone a series of reconstructions and renovations over the years until it has reached its present state.
Major renovations took place in the 1960s and around 2000, but around 1990 the Government also commissioned alterations.
According to the old architect's plans, which recorded the current condition, the useful area is 400 square meters.
The property has 10 office spaces.
We love the beautiful apartment Daniel Holcsik found for us in Budapest! Daniel is thoroughly knowledgable, listened to what we wanted and offered us several choices. His English is flawless. Daniel and his colleague, Katalin Makkai, made the process from selection to signing the lease effortless. We would highly recommend Daniel Holcsik to anyone looking for an apartment in Budapest! He exceeded our expectations in every way possible.
